The Vikings offense just put together a very nice drive.
Brett Favre completed all four of his passes for 43 yards, including a six-yard touchdown to rookie Percy Harvin. The key to the drive, though, was Adrian Peterson and Chester Taylor, who pounded the ball eight times for 47 yards. Peterson had the longest run, a 19-yarder, but Taylor also had an eight-yard run.

Fox reporter Charissa Thompson reported that Adrian Peterson got an IV in the locker room at halftime.
Peterson was key in the first scoring drive of the third quarter, with several runs, including a one-yard touchdown to give the Vikings a 17-13 lead.
