End Zone Buzz:
"Now on the wrong side of 30, age and injuries have affected Alexander, who has clearly slowed a step. The former Alabama star went from averaging 5.1 yards per carry two years ago in his MVP season to 3.6 in 2006 to 3.5 last season."
Good riddance, Shaun. Here are some places you might end up.

Don't see him ending up in Miami - unless he retires and buys a condo by the beach! LOL. It'd just go against the grain of most of the FA signing the Phins have made. I can see their logic though.

I like what the Hawks did by picking up Duckett. The running game has just not been the same since the Seahawks got rid of Steve Huchinson...

Is Shaun Alexander Done?
Just a few years ago Shaun Alexander was on top of the NFL, breaking a record for touchdowns, and leading the Seahawks to the Super Bowl. He has since played through two injury-plagued seasons, and his numbers are way down. As if splitting time with Maurice Morris wasn't enough, now the Seahawks have brought in Julius Jones, who has been the more effective running back in recent years.
