Within the past few hours, many of you received a fan survey from the Redskins, titled 2009 Washington Redskins Ticket Holder Satisfaction Survey. This seems to be a good time for something like that, and whether coincidental or not, it was sent out right around the time that Daniel Snyder was apologizing to fans for the way this season has gone. This, by the way, is the exact right thing for him to have done, and this survey is the exact right thing for the team to have sent out. Congrats. For those of you who didn't get the survey, here it is. I've omitted the boring demographic questions, and I'm choosing the questions that came up for season-ticket holders, not individual game buyers. Also, if you compare this survey to the extremely brief and deficient Skins survey I posted about last December...well, let's just say this one actually provides
