Skins' QB Campbell is incomplete

Six incompletions in seven attempts, including two errant deep passes and a misfire over the middle, usually don't endear a starting quarterback to his coach. But Jim Zorn overlooked the numbers to praise parts of Jason Campbell's 19-snap performance in the Washington Redskins' victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday night. Campbell is 4-for-13 for 48 yards halfway through the preseason...

Redskins Zorn see improvement in different ways

Maybe it's because the Washington Redskins had nowhere to go but up after the first game. Or maybe it's because there are intangibles a coach can notice on the sideline that won't show up in a play-by-play account or on the scoreboard.
