This week's jerseysTiki Barber, Tom Nalen, and Julius Jones. Kevin's Jersey not to Buy: Tiki Barber. Yes, he may be second in the NFC in rushing, but that is no reason to get this jersey. Tiki has one touchdown on the year (thanks to bad coaching) and has voiced his opinion about this. He's going to be retiring at the end of the year, but appears to be more than willing to burn bridges as he retires. Who else do you think should be on this list?

  • Two things: 1) Please stop hating on Tiki Barber- this guy is the second leading rusher in the NFC and is putting up great numbers week after week. Although he only has 1 TD this year, he is very much responsible for the Giants' record thus far this season 2) Add Antonio Bryant to the list.
  • randy moss???? he will be in another uniform next year. how about him?
  • hes a tiki-hater...how can you hate on a man who is a genius... hes an athlete who knows when to hang it up...rick reilly wrote an amazing article about tiki in Sports Illustrated,,, and would u keep working at your job for 3 more years if you had already made all the money that you and your family needed and then some
  • if you buy jerseys bcuz of td's he should have marion barber and brandon jacobs jerseys

NFL: Shockey To The Saints

The Giants finally pulled the trigger and sent Jeremy Shockey to the New Orleans Saints for a second-round and fifth-round choice in the 2009 NFL Draft. Should anyone in New York care that Shockey was shipped to the Big Easy? I don't believe it's that big of a loss for the Giants. Last year New York Giants football fans were lamenting the retirement of the ultimate self...

Ray Lewis Criticizes Billick & Adalius Thomas

Maybe it's time for Lewis to hang it up and take a seat next to Tiki Barber. ~VIDEO INSIDE~

Julius Signs With Seattle

As we move through the waning days of free agency, another former Cowboy has found a home. Julius Jones has signed with Seattle for 4 years at about $3MM per year on average. Jones’ failed to live up to the high expectations set in his rookie season during his tenure in Dallas, but it is [...]

Lessons from the Cowboy's loss

The Counselor is IN: The Patriots came to play in Dallas. Dallas did play well but did not bring there full "A" game. Here are some lessons that I think can be learned from Sunday's Cowboy loss to the Patriots. 1) Penalties, Penalties, Penalties: The Cowboys were in double digits for penalties. How many first and 10's turned into first and 20's. There...

T.J. Houshmandzadeh Set To Join The Very Short List Of Seahawk Receiving Greats

I'm sure you've immersed yourself in the report that T.J. Houshmandzadeh spurned both the Bengals and the Vikings to sign with the Seahawks throughout the night last night so let's move on to the important stuff. Namely, what the h*ll is he thinking?Did I actually write that? I know exactly what he's thinking. Two things come to mind.1) $40 million for five years2...

DENVER BRONCOS LIKE TO CUT BLOCK

So...did you see Igor Olshansky throw that punch at Tom Nalen at last week's Denver Broncos/San Diego Chargers game? Yeah, Nalen went for a cut block at Olshansky's ankles, obviously angering Olshansky enough to retaliate. Who can blame him? I'm sure they'll be talking about cut blocks some more at t...

Seahawks Sign Julius Jones

The Seattle Seahawks have signed former Dallas Cowboys running back Julius Jones to a four-year deal worth around $3 million a year. Until the middle of last season a lot of people believed Jones was a better running back than former Cowboys teammate Marion Barber. In fact he was the starter in Dall...

WHAT’S THE DEAL IN SEATTLE?

Shaun Alexander would sure like to know. And I would too. The Seahawks have just added Julius Jones and TJ Duckett. Why? Is Alexander on the way out? Why would Jones sign there? They also still have Leonard Weaver, who seemed like he was coming into his own as a solid, pass-catching fullback. From ...

Cowboys 34, Seahawks 9: A Satisfying Win, but Now Pinkie Toe Problems

There were quite a number of potential story lines for today's game. One could have focused on the Cowboys getting revenge for their playoff loss to the Seahawks in 2006. Another could have been the return of Julius Jones to Texas Stadium. As it turns out, the Seahawks gave Tony Romo so much time to throw the ball that he had close to 200 yard by halftime. Jason Witten...

What to do with the No. 7 pick in fantasy drafts

Earlier this week, I posted the results of the first round of our July fantasy mock draft. If you missed it, 11 bloggers joined me to mock out the first round for a hypothetical redraft league. The results of the second round of the July fantasy mock draft are forthcoming, but the mock got me thinking: What, exactly, should be done with the No. 7 pick in this year's draft...

What About Weaver?

Posted by: Shaun ?He?s more of a hybrid running back who can knock over anybody. When you look at the successful teams right now, you see two-back systems usually with one big running back. Leonard fits that mold, and there should be lots of interest in That was a quote from ...
