3 THINGS WE LEARNED 1. Defensive end Nick Reed has got some football smarts, which he showed by reading a pump fake from the Chargers No. 3 quarterback and falling back in position to pick off the pass. Reed also had the speed to provide pressure, registering a sack. Reed isn't going to grow another 4 inches or gain 30 pounds to fit the mold of an NFL defensive end, but he just might crack the roster with an uncanny ability to make plays.2. Offensive lineman Max Unger is versatile as advertised. He started at right guard with Mansfield Wrotto out because of an injury and then moved to center with the second-unit offensive line. Unger will be regular-season ready sooner, rather than later.3. Punter isn't going to be a problem for the Seahawks this season.
