A suspect in the slaying of Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor is expected to be in a Miami courtroom to ask to have his guilty plea withdrawn. A hearing was scheduled Friday on the request by 21-year-old Venjah Hunte. He pleaded guilty last year and agreed to testify against four co-defendants in exchange for a 29-year sentence. The 24-year-old player died after being shot in an attempted robbery at his home in November 2007.

The Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins will join forces on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration headquarters in Glen Burnie, Md, to promote both teams’ Maryland License Plate Programs.
