IRVING - It was a relaxed, playful Wade Phillips who chatted for nearly 15 minutes with reporters following his press briefing Monday afternoon. Among the highlights: Phillips poking fun at two former Cowboys coaches. Asked if there was a deeper explanation for Tony Romo going three games without throwing an interception, Phillips said, "It's one of my rules with quarterbacks. I have three rules and one of them is don't throw interceptions for three games." In case you don't remember, Bill Parcells gave his list of 10 rules for quarterbacks to Tony Romo when Romo became a starter in 2006. Phillips also did an imitation of Jimmy Johnson complete with lip smacking. Three-game winning streaks will loosen everybody up.
