When it comes to defensive linemen in the Southeastern Conference, some of the best to ever play the game have helped the league develop its reputation as hands down the conference where the best defense is played year in and year out. While he might not have the imposing name that some of the other linemen developed over the years, the best defensive lineman the league has ever produced is Georgia’s David Pollack.
