This time, Kearse works out with Titans
During his first stint with the Titans, defensive end Jevon Kearse spent big parts of his offseasons working out on his own in Florida.
After rejoining the Titans last month, however, Kearse has been working out regularly at Baptist Sports Park with his new teammates in the offseason-conditioning program. "He spent time back and forth the first go-around,'' Coach Jeff Fisher said about Kearse, who had 47½ sacks with the Titans from 1999-2003. "But I think (now) he realizes he has a chance to really make an impact and to be the 'comeback player' that he wants to be. And to do so he needs to be here. He has been here working out and doing well.'' At the news conference announcing his return to the Titans, Kearse was almost giddy. Fisher said the veteran, who spent the past four seasons with the Eagles, is still beaming. "He hasn't settled down yet,'' Fisher said. "He is as excited today as he was when he agreed to terms.'' 36 Comments On: "This time, Kearse works out with Titans"
