It can be a difficult task deciding what kind of grade to give each position. Especially when the scoreboard seems to imply a rather close game. Yesterday's game wasn't that close however. While Sports Illustrated's Michael Lombardi gives Flacco a 'C' and Harbaugh 'B', I gave them both higher grades.

I didn't watch the game this week, but some statistics really stood out to me. Joe Flacco wasn't sacked, and as a team, the Ravens ran for 229 yards on forty-six carries. Sadly, the season opener of my beloved Ravens didn't air yesterday, but I caught the highlights. I love the spirit of our new QB, and as usual our defense was stellar! I hope this momentum continues.
If anyone knows whether or not the game will be replayed, please let me know. :-( Man it ruins my week when I don't get my football fix!

With the season likely over for Pats QB Tom Brady, the team appears to be already coming up with a backup plan, as sources say that the team will work out former Bucs QB Chris Simms today. He was released by the Bucs after missing most of the last two seasons because of a ruptured spleen. He helped Tampa Bay to the playoffs in 2005.
