Titans sign left tackle to six-year extension with $43 million
The Tennessee Titans locked up a big key to the future by reaching a six-year, $43 million extension with left tackle Michael Roos.
Roos, 25, has emerged as one of the top young left tackles in football. He reportedly received $15 million in guarantees. The key for Roos was receiving $25 million over the first three years of the contract. Roos is a success story. He came out of Eastern Washington as a second-round pick in 2005 and handled one of the toughest positions on the offensive line. He has started 48 games in three years with the Titans.
