Mike McCarthy’s Press Conference On Hold
Looks like Mike McCarthy's meeting with Brett Favre lasted longer than originally planned. Packer Nation will have to wait at least one more day to find out what will happen with this soap opera. Commissioner Roger Goodell reinstated Brett Favre earlier today. According to sources Brett will board a plane later today and head to Green Bay where he will report to Packers camp tomorrow. By being reinstated Favre will force the Packers hand and make make a decision on his status in the next 48 hours.

Tomorrow night, Chris Carpenter and the Cardinals welcome Manny Ramirez and the Los Angeles Dodgers into town. It's only the second series for Manny in Dodger-blue, so we're guessing the hoopla and media coverage will still be at max capacity (depending on any 'breaking' Brett Favre discoveries).
