I thought those rookies did look pretty good last night. Especially Naanee and Chandler. I'm REAL worried about the wideouts though Cletis, what's up with all the drops and fumbles? Is Craig Davis legit and can you be honest and tell me if Eric Parker really folds under pressure?

The 1st game is always like that. The preseason is for tuning up. Craig Davis is a legit 1st round pick. He has some tools. I don't think Eric folds under pressure. He is a very underrated player and does all the little things that many people dont see.

Just wanted to say good luck this season to ya Cletis....watched the game sunday and thought we looked pretty good....I just hope the receivers are going to hang on the ball a little better during the regular season....I hope ya get the punt returner job....I just have to make you promise me that you will beat those Broncos in Denver for me man.....GO Chargers!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Gordon I have to say that you are a good look out there on the field. To say that it was the first preseason game, I feel that you guys played well…Especially the rookies! I sincerely believe that "Buster" Davis is going to blow people away for real and you my dear… The world aint ready for you! As a team let us keep in mind that while speed is very important being efficient is of greater importance. We had a lot of fumbles out there but we must learn to hold on to the game ball just as we would hold on to life! Those other wrinkle (mistakes), well I am sure we are going to iron those out this week in camp! I am really looking forward to you getting more opportunities to display your skills and I am sure you will do so! Every opportunity that you get to do so…play like you might not get that opportunity again. I am sure you will have good success this season and the ways to go about having that is "BE THOU FAITHFUL and HAVE A COURAGEOUS HEART" With that in mind, Geaux Chargers and Geaux FLASH!!!!!!

Seeing that you played WR some in college, will you try to play any WR or just stick to beiing a DB & returner?

I think i will stay at defensive back. Unless, the numbers are limited at WR due to injury.
