Per the Mike Tomlin Press conference, Fast Willie has a case of the infamous "turf toe." Has anyone ever explained this injury or how it is caused? Willie looked more than fine on Sunday, even in the final stages of the game (and by "final stages" we mean before the 6 minute mark when the Steelers had the ball).
