The Minnesota Vikings traded up Sunday to select USC quarterback John David Booty in the fifth round of the NFL draft. Booty comes with plenty of polish and accuracy, but the Vikings said he will not start over Tavaris Jackson. Booty is plenty talented, but questions about his injury history and his touch on long throws dropped him in the draft.
