Through Week 5, the Vikings offense was ranked 19th in the NFL. Now, as they prepare for their bye week, the Vikings are 10th. The Vikings offense collected 355 net yards against a Green Bay Packers defense that ranked third entering Sunday's game. But, another dismal stretch by the Vikings defense -- Aaron Rodgers had 169 passing yards and two touchdowns in the third quarter alone -- continued the dropping of the Vikings defense, which is now ranked 19th in the NFL. Remarkably, though, the Vikings lead the league with 31 sacks -- eight more than the second-place Denver Broncos -- and they have nearly double the league average. Other things worth noting: * Aaron Rodgers has the best quarterback rating, with a 110.4. Brett Favre is fourth with a 106.0, but he is tied for the league lead with 16 touchdown passes. * Adrian Peterson is tied for second in the NFL with 784 rushing yards.
