The Ravens’ revamped secondary has gotten a good deal of attention this offseason. Free agent addition and hometown son Domonique Foxworth is being projected as the no. 1 cornerback. Chris Carr was a productive return man in Tennessee and could bolster the special teams unit. Even undrafted rookie K.J. Gerard has generated some buzz in the early stages of the offseason. But it could be Lardarius Webb who catches people by surprise in 2009.
