i agree with your comments on deshaun foster, if he can stay healthy he will produce some big numbers in '06...and those foamy glasses of beer make me thirsty!

"Tiki Barber is this years 30 year old+ RB bust. Last year it was Curtis Martin/Priest Holmes and before that Marshall Faulk. Tiki has been proving everyone wrong the last couple years as he has continued to put up big #s despite the fact he has been labeled too old to get-er-done anymore. For a RB age catches up with you sooner or later and it’s going to be 2006 for Tiki. You will see what I’m talking about when he faces a stingy Indy D Sunday night."

110 yards on 18 carries, 5 receptions for 61 yards against said stingy Indy D.

It's not that people think Tiki's too old to get it done, it's merely the persistent belief that he's too small and too much of a third-down back to continually get it done. People have simply underestimated him. He's a smart, tough and durable runner who's been getting better every year. He will eventually hit that wall, but there are no signs of it yet. In fact, with the emergence of a quality back-up who can spell him and run the ball in short-yardage situations, it's only going to help him stay fresh as the season goes on.

Brandon Jacobs may hurt Tiki's fantasy value because of those goal-line carries, but over the long-term, I think it will help Tiki remain an excellent back, because he won't be relied on to carry the entire load.

I couldn't agree more w/ "The Jesus" Tiki sure didn't look like a bust last night, and with Brandon Jacobs spelling him from time to time he'll stay fresh. Tiki went from a 3rd down back to one of the best RBs in the game over the last three years...there's no denying his impact

One other thing...TO?...he was almost completely shut down in week 1..."120 Yds 2+TDs?...wow, Tiki, T.O. Walker & Foster all weak...I guess that's why they're called predictions and not guarantees. I appreciate the effort though (and I like the whole "six-pack" theme)

I almost switched out Foster for Gore with Steve Smith possibly not playing but decided to stick with it just in case he did. Without Smith defenses will stack the box to stop Foster.

Tiki Barber has a nice first game but he got POUNDED hard and came off the field gimpy a couple times...We can update this one later in the year because if he's not healthy or isn't running well after a couple games I'm right on.

T.O. had an OK game and if Bledsoe doesn't play like horse sh$% and miss 2 wide open TD passes to him then again I'm right on. But some things are out of my control and Bledsoe emploding after putting up 10 earlly points is one of them.

Walker...WOW...The Rams surprised everyone...Anybody else have them beating Denver? I'm still confident he will be a top WR this year.

Until next week!
