Erin Henderson was a top-rated outside linebacker by pretty much EVERYONE. - 3rd best OLB by ESPN - 8th best OLB by NFL Draft Countdown - 2nd best OLB by The Football Expert - 5th best OLB by About Football - 3rd best OLB by Walter Football - 4th best OLB by KFFL So why did Henderson not get drafted this weekend? I can't say for certain. Look at all the linebackers that were drafted! Why was Henderson not one of them?

  • It's inexplicable. I thought having an NFL brother would have made him get drafted above his talent level, not below. I really hope the steelers give him a look as a UFA.

  • I asked John Clayton this same question shortly before the Draft ended. He said that he's also surprised, and that he suspects there is a medical reason why Henderson was not drafted.

  • I really can't explain how upset I am about this. I was really looking forward to watching him get taken.

    I think in the next couple days, we'll hear more about this and some medical reports will come out (look for ACL or back problems).
