I like many of us was completely taken in with the Browns' improbable rise last season. Especially since I was able to trade Kevin Jones for DA in my fantasy league. Going hand and hand with DA's rise was the huge improvement of Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards and the rejuvenation of Jamal Lewis. But have you seen them this preseason? I know it is just preseason but the Browns' first team looks really bad. The defense looks as bad as it was last year and the offense has been sputtering. Last night the first team of the Giants managed to put up 38 points before the they were 3 minutes into the second quarter. DA was getting clobbered, Jamaal Lewis went no where and the Browns even managed to block one of their own punts for a safety. I like many supposed experts thought they were set to make another jump this year. And maybe this can be written off as a preseason anomaly on par with the Steve Spurrier Redskins-but I can't help but worry about how bad the defense lo...

  • I'm with you about DA I really hope he comes through, but with no O line and Jamal "I'm a year older" Lewis who knows if they will do what they did last year.
  • 2 words for the way my Browns played in the 1st half.....................SOUP SANDWICH...............

WTF was that ? Both starting units looked like they obvously somewhere else. Man was I dissappointed. I should be use to that, ...............thank goodness it's only pre-season.
  • if the browns lose thier first 2 games does quinn get a shot? he looked good against the scrubs but i havent been impressed with him yet
  • Quinn is 1 play away.......................and by that I mean he is ready if D.A. goes down. Thats how it goes in the NFL . The O-line last night just totaly collapsed on the left side, and the center Hank Fraley was the reason D.A. got planted with a concussion.

I was not happy with the Browns corners playing 15 yards off the recievers. I mean if you cannot cover a guy within 5 yards off the line of scrimmage , why are you in this League ?

My dad told me growing up playing pop warner football............" Keep it simple , see ball .........get ball ". Too many times , these guys think too much about what to do and what not to do. And they end up on thier rear , or watching the guy scoring 6. I say this from my reclyner with a beer in my hand yea, but come on..................look like you know what your doin ( thats why you getting the paid the serious $ coin $ ).
  • U-G-L-Y. But that pic aint. Thanks. That's a nice one.
  • i dont know i think the browns will go 8-8 more because of injuries vs. talent
  • 8-8 could win the division...
  • Not going to happen Pittsburgh at least will be strong in that division.
  • Keep smokin that leaf on your avatar.........................its Clevelands division this yr.
  • Brady Quinn is set to start tonight because of DA's concussion. What happens if he is dominant?
  • Then let the debate begin..............Honestly, As long as either guy helps us gets wins I could care less who starts.

Jimmy Kimmel Gives Adrian Peterson Too Much Credit

I'm not sure if all of you have witnessed the travesty now gracing the airwaves. Questions and Answers: Kellen Winslow

There are a lot of arguments flying around about Kellen Winslow right now. So many that it is really hard to keep it all straight. As a result, I have decided to attempt a conversation with myself to figure out what exactly the deal is with Kellen Winslow and what the Browns should do with him. Q: Isn't Kellen Winslow a great player? Shouldn't this be easy? You want...
