Over the last week police in the Los Angeles area have had their hands full trying to track down one of their own, former police officer Christopher Dorner. The guy looks like a linebacker, is highly trained, and very angry after being let go from the Force.
So angry that he has already committed three revenge killings and their is reason to believe he is not done yet. Like many guys on a rampage, he wrote a manifesto and posted it to Facebook. It has since been removed, but not before copies of it were saved.
Upon reading it, it was discovered that he was/is a fan of quite a few people, among them is none other than embattled New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow:
“Tebow, I really wanted to see you take charge of an offense
again and the game. You are not a good QB by todays standards, but you are a
great football player who knows how to lead a team and WIN. You will be
‘Tebowing’ when you reach your next team. I have faith in you. Get out of that
circus they call the Jets and away from the reality TV star, Rex Ryan, and Mark
Rapist Sanchez.”[NESN]
I am sure if there is one person that can see a positive out of being mentioned in the manifesto of a guy that has killed three people and is currently on the run it would be Tim Tebow, but he has wisely kept silent with any thoughts he may have on Dorner and his case.
No need to attract the attention of a guy that has anger management issues and is well-versed in weapons.
Police have yet to apprehend Dorner (as of Sunday night), and have offered a one million reward for information leading to his arrest.
