New England Patriots QB Tom Brady hasn't been in this situation for quite some time, sure the offense has had bad days in the past, but it's usually one game.
However, in 2013 the struggles have been constant as a young receiving corps along with injuries to key players WR Danny Amendola, TE Rob Gronkowski, and RB Shane Veeren haven't been able to come together all at one time.
Brady says he just wants to score points, but last week in Cincinnati the offense could only muster two field goals.
"I just want us to score points, so whatever it takes to score points, that’s what matters," Brady said, via Zuri Berry of Boston.com.
"I think you let your emotions get into it and feelings and so forth – I mean realistically, you have to come up with a plan. We have to figure out how to score points.
"I said after the game, we’re not going to win many games scoring six points. So, if we score six points this weekend, we probably won’t win. We’ve got to do a lot better than that."
