Jon Merkle aka thevikingpig will have the official Viking Age team mock up some time in the next couple of weeks, and I will get a full first round mock up whenever I finally tear myself away from college hoops. In the meantime, you can check out the team mock our Fansided sister site NFL Mocks did for the Vikings over on their site. Their first pick for the Vikings is intriguing to say the least. It’s a QB but it’s not Cam Newton. On the whole I think they’ve nailed the team’s major needs: QB, secondary, offensive line and defensive line. Dang, that’s a lot of needs. Hopefully the Vikings will have a good draft and plug some of those holes.
