The man in the middle is Ernest Wallace, according to the man on the left Carlos Ortiz, He and Hernandez were the ones who killed Odin Lloyd. Ortiz says Wallace told him Hernandez pulled the trigger. That might be the reason Wallace gets bail and Hernandez didn’t.  A judge set bail Friday at $500,000 cash for a man prosecutors say was with Aaron Hernandez on the night the former New England Patriots player’s friend was shot to death. Wallace is still in jail and there hasn’t been any word if or when he will be able to post bail.
