Aaron Rodgers says he did not take offense to Greg Jennings’ sister’s comments on Twitter last weekend (Credit: AP Photo)
On Monday, we told you that during last Sunday’s game against Minnesota, Greg Jennings’ sister ripped Aaron Rodgers on Twitter. Jennings’ sister Valyncia called Rodgers one of the most overrated quarterbacks in the league. She also called the Green Bay Packers cheap and told her brother to head to South Beach and get paid (an obvious reference to LeBron, but a stupid one at that).
With another game against the Minnesota Vikings tonight, Aaron Rodgers responded to Jennings’ sister.
Rodgers, took the high road and said he did not take offense to her comments and would never let her comments come between him and Jennings’ relationship.
“That kind of stuff is never going to come between myself and my teammates,” Rodgers said on ESPN Milwaukee, via the Green Bay Press-Gazette. “That’s never going to become between Greg and I. We got a great relationship . . . not going to fault Greg or his sister for anything that was said. I mean it was family and emotions. Not a big deal.”
While Jennings may believe he is unlikely to be re-signed by the Packers, his sister needs to keep her Twitter comments under control. She is not doing him a service by running her mouth on Twitter.

The Green Bay Packers beat the Minnesota Vikings 24-10 in Saturday’s NFC Wild Card playoff game and never really struggled. Though the Packers won the game easily, quarterback Aaron Rodgers seemed dissatisfied with the team’s offensive performance.

WHO SHOULD WIN IT?
Aaron Rodgers has won NFL MVP during his career. He weighed in with his selection for this season's MVP, and it might surprise you.
Aaron Rodger is good at taking the high road sometimes, so it was no surprise when Rodgers was able to brush off some disrespectful tweets from Greg Jennings sister Valyncia last Sunday, in which she deemed Rodgers among other things, the most overrated quarterback in football.
Greg Jennings will be a free agent this off-season, and probably won’t return to Green Bay, but according...
The Packers were able to keep drives alive with a short passing game and Aaron Rodgers extending plays. In the minds of Vikings defenders, that was a major difference-maker.

John Kuhn scored two touchdowns, DuJuan Harris added another and Rodgers connected with an NFL playoff-record 10 receivers as he threw for 274 yards. Defensively,...
The Green Bay Packers have one of the most storied stadiums in NFL history.
From the likes of Bart Starr to Brett Favre, to today’s stars in Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews, there is a certain magic feel in the air when the Packers strap up for a home playoff game in the cold.
With such great history and great players, fans might safely assume that Packers players love to play...
It it a phrase that I’m sure you’ve heard many times before, but the National Football League is a quarterback league, which is why the Green Bay Packers are advancing in the NFC Playoffs and the Minnesota Vikinga are on their way home.
In the rubber match between two old school NFC North rivals, Rodgers and the Packers proved once and for all to be too much for the Vikings,...
GREEN BAY, Wis. Step one is complete on the Packers' road to the Super Bowl, winning at home Saturday night over the Minnesota Vikings. Now their journey is about to become significantly more challenging with the well-rested San Francisco 49ers awaiting Green Bay's arrival for the divisional round matchup next weekend.
But this all looks relatively familiar to Packers coach...
The Vikings had no choice but to rely on their backup Joe Webb, despite the fact he hasn’t played a down of football all season. The gamble turned out to be a colossal fail only saved by the late efforts of their defense. The prowess of the continuously overlooked Packers reigned supreme all night long.
Adrian Peterson’s game was put on shutdown mode...
8 a.m. ET: Two down and one to go, but this one’s going to be big.
The Vikings and Packers split their season series with each side taking their respective home game. Minnesota fought their way into the playoffs behind the churning legs of Adrian Peterson last week. Now, the two are set for a rematch in cold and windy Green Bay.
Peterson may not have broken Eric Dickerson’s...
As all the sports world knows, the Green Bay Packers will face the Minnesota Vikings for the second time in six days tomorrow evening on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field. The Packers won the first game several weeks ago, and the Vikes took the game on Sunday. This game? Well, it will be cold. But as Packer fans we hope that, in the end, the ViQueens feel much colder much longer...
When the Minnesota Vikings left Lambeau Field at 6-6 after losing to the Packers on Dec. 2, no one imagined they'd be back so soon.
After all, getting back to Green Bay for a playoff game would require four straight wins including one against the Packers in Minnesota in the final week of the regular season. But sometime in the past month, the Vikings started looking less like...
