Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers told the Green Bay Press-Gazette that he would love play at least another eight years in Green Bay. “I’ve had eight great years there, the last five as a starter,” Rodgers said. “Hopefully I can give them another eight plus years of playing at a high level.” Rodgers’ current contract runs out after the 2014 season.  Right now he’s not worried about getting an extension. “We’ll see what happens with that, I’m not stressing about it,” Rodgers said. “I think the Packers would like me to be around for a few more years and I’d love to finish my career there.” Rodgers will be 30 years-old this coming December.  I’m sure the Packer wouldn’t mind having him around until he’s 38, if he continues to play at a high level.
