Usually I can put bad Giants’ losses behind me. Last week they were out-played, out-coached and out-everything-ed and were blown out of the Manning Bowl. I can live with that better than I can live with yesterday, when they gave the game away with numerous personal fouls, turnovers and overall dumb mistakes on their way to a 29-10 loss to the Titans. The stats show that the final score should have been the other way around, but that’s what mistakes will do to a football team. Today, one day after this debacle, I sit here and I’m still seething about this game. Tom Coughlin took the blame and while he can’t ultimately play the game, I’m going to get into why I think he should take the blame for this, at least partially.
THE GOOD
Well, despite Chris Johnson having 125 yards rushing, the Giants shut him down most of the day. Take away a 42 yarder in garbage time, and Johnson had 83 yards on 31 carries, or 2.67 yards per carry. They were in the backf...
