The Bucs pass rush was one of their biggest problems in 2012 and getting their main guys across the defensive line healthy and playing together for a full season will be key. So hearing that defensive end Adrian Clayborn is ahead of schedule in his rehab from last season’s knee injury is certainly a plus. As Clayborn stated via PewterReport.com, he is positive on how his rehab is going. Rehab is going well. I’m a little bit ahead of schedule and everything is going good. I haven’t had any tweaks or setbacks so it’s going good. I just want to keep it positive. [Being in full pads for training camp] is the plan, for me at least. Although Clayborn’s 2012 stat line reads just two total tackles in his 2.5 weeks worth of play before his injury, he had 7.5 sacks and 42 tackles his rookie season in 2011.
