The Minnesota Vikings had a Halloween party last night, and it was probably a nice way for them to have some fun after what had to be a disappointing night on Thursday in a loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Peterson tweeted a photo of his costume earlier today and it was impressive.Vikings Halloween Party last night! Hosted by Jared Allen I think or Kevin William anyway we had a BLAST! Cat/vampire woman lol & D obvious— Adrian Peterson (@AdrianPeterson) October 30, 2012twitter.com/AdrianPeterson…— Adrian Peterson (@AdrianPeterson) October 30, 2012The scary thing about that photo is you know that is just Adrian Peterson with green paint on his body; the man is absolutely corked out of his mind.  There is no doubt that he is the best runningback in the NFL.  To lead the league in rushing yards with 775 and 4 touchdowns, to go with 139 receiving yards is incredible. It’s even more incredible when you consider the fact that he tore his ACL and MCL on December 24th of last year.  This has to be the best ACL recovery in the history of the league.

Vikings back Kluwe while trying out punters

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. Robinson, Jefferson ready to fill in for Cook

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. The Minnesota Vikings are well versed in handling injury situations in the defensive backfield and tried to improve the depth coming into this season. Minnesota Vikings: The real deal?

Healthy Rice could mean trouble for Vikings

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. The Minnesota Vikings understand the tease with Seattle Seahawks receiver Sidney Rice very well from his first four years in the league. In the past two years, Seattle has learned quickly that Rice can be one of the NFL's best wide receivers, when healthy. That's been the rub for Rice. The talented, 6-foot-4 receiver has played in 16 games only once...
