Fresh off a Super Bowl XLVI victory, New York Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw took a shot at divisional quarterback, Tony Romo. Appearing on the NFL Network, the New York Giants running back said he doesn’t see the Dallas Cowboys signal caller leading his team to a Super Bowl title.
“You know what, man, I don’t see it happening. I don’t think they believe it, and they’re America’s team, ” said Bradshaw. He continued, “It all comes together. If the fans don’t believe it, the team doesn’t. They’re kinda doubtful with Romo.” You wouldn’t expect a divisional foe to give a glowing endorsement of an opposing team’s quarterback, as there is no love lost between the Giants and Dallas Cowboys.
Statistically, Romo is coming off his best season of his career. Romo finished the season with a 102.5 passer rating and threw only 10 interceptions in the regular season.
