San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith told the media that he doesn’t believe his sprained middle finger will be an issue for Sunday’s game against the Giants.
“It’s doing all right. It’ll be fine,” Smith said, per the San Jose Mercury News. “I might tape it for support.”
