St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola wore a walking boot and missed a second straight day of practice.
Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer said Thursday that just like last week, it might be a game-day decision whether the team's leading receiver played against the San Francisco 49ers. Amendola was on the field for just seven snaps last week while nursing a right heel injury and had one catch for 38 yards.
Defensive end Robert Quinn, who leads the team with 8.5 sacks, also missed a second straight day of practice with a concussion that was not revealed until the injury report came out on Wednesday. Assistant head coach Dave McGinnis hasn't counted out Quinn.
Center Scott Wells also has missed both days of practice with a knee issue, largely to help him recover from his first start since breaking a bone in his left foot in the opener.
