Giants running back Andre Brown has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to ESPN New York.Fantasy Spin:Ahmad Bradshaw is back and healthy -- he carried it 30 times for 200 yards in Week 5 -- so Brown won't have much fantasy value going forward. David Wilson scored on a long TD run as well in Week 5 so Brown's backup role may also be in jeopardy if he doesn't recover quickly.

Browns lose LB Jackson to head injury

Cleveland Browns middle linebacker D'Qwell Jackson left Sunday's game with the New York Giants with a head injury and will not return. Jackson, one of the team's defensive leaders, was hurt in the second quarter, when the Browns allowed 20 points. Giants tight end Martellus Bennett returned in the second quarter after suffering a left knee injury. Bennett was hurt in...

Giants’ Andre Brown tweets during yesterday’s game

New York Giants running back Andre Brown tweeted during yesterdays win over the Browns. Of course Brown ended up deleting the tweet since it’s against NFL rules. I’m sure the NFL will catch wind of this and send him a nice little fine.

Giants don’t trust Andre Brown in pass protection

New York Giants offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride made it clear on Friday why running back Andre Brown didn’t play much during last Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.  He said they simply don’t trust Brown in pass protection. “It’s all about gaining the trust and keep going out there every week and letting them know that I can pass protect and picking up all my blitzes,...

Giants having a hard time trusting Andre Brown in pass protection

New York Giants offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride made it clear on Friday why running back Andre Brown didn’t play much during last Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.  He said they simply don’t trust Brown in pass protection. “It’s all about gaining the trust and keep going out there every week and letting them know that I can pass protect and picking up all my blitzes,...

Giants running back Andre Brown left Sunday's game against Cleveland with a head injury. His return is unknown.Fantasy Spin:Bradshaw should take over as a workhorse back with still-in-the-doghouse David Wilson as his backup.

Giants WR Barden cleared, RB Brown has concussion

New York Giants wide receiver Ramses Barden has been cleared to practice and play after sustaining a concussion more than a week ago. But running back Andre Brown is not yet recovered from a concussion from Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Barden was injured on Sept. 30 against Philadelphia. Brown is required to follow the NFL's protocol for concussions before...

Giants vs Browns Week 5 Preview

/    The New York Giants (2-2) host the Cleveland Browns (0-4) Sunday afternoon, at MetLife Stadium from East Rutherford, NJ. Game starts at 1:00 pm on CBS (TV) and WFAN (Radio). Giants favorites over Browns. Spread is - 9 points. My pick is the Giants. As the New York Giants will try to take their anger out on the Cleveland Browns this coming Sunday, after...

Fantasy Football Week 5 Preview: Browns at Giants

Cleveland:  Brandon Weeden and the Browns actually gave quite a game to the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football, and they’re not far from starting to string a couple of wins together. Unfortunately for them, they face the defending Super Bowl champions in the NY Giants, which likely won’t help their cause in grabbing a win.Weeden does suddenly look like a real NFL quarterback...

Juan Man’s Recap Of Week 5

I am numero uno this week Juan… Week 5 Recap Andrew Luck Luck was one of my sleepers this week and for good reason.  They can’t get a consistent running game going (although Don Brown was decent) and their defense is terrible.  Luck will be in this position a lot this season.  Having to throw a lot.  I will probably rank him as a top 12 for the rest of the season. RG3 There...

Giants rally, keep Browns winless, 41-27

The difference between winners and losers in the NFL sometimes comes down to dealing with tough times. Ahmad Bradshaw and the New York Giants shrugged off their mistakes Sunday, while the Cleveland Browns were burned by them. Bradshaw fumbled away his first carry of the game, then was unstoppable in rushing for 200 yards and a touchdown in a 41-27 victory for the Super Bowl champions...

Cleveland Browns vs. New York Giants: Hero and Zero of the Game

On a rainy Sunday afternoon in Rutherford, New Jersey, fans in MetLife stadium prepared to watch what was sure to be an easy Giants victory over the winless Cleveland Browns. After the opening kickoff, the first play from scrimmage was an Ahmad Bradshaw run and fumble, setting up a quick Trent Richardson touchdown for the Browns, leaving some to wonder whether or not the giants came...
