Andre Johnson Not Punished for Throwing Punches

Andre Johnson melted down and threw punches at Cortland Finnegan. Apparently, AJ’s good reputation worked to his advantage as the Houston Texans wide receiver only got fined $25K. Considering that many thought Andre Johnson could be suspended, a $25K fine is basically nothing. Finnegan, a defensive back for the Tennessee Titans, received the same punishment for getting punched. “At the end of the day,” said Finnegan, who has a reputation of playing dirty, “I guess he got his money’s worth.” Johnson says that his response was a culmination of events.
