According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson suffered a slight groin injury and was taken out of practice on Sunday.
The good news is that Johnson’s injury doesn’t seem to be serious. He’ll now likely be held out of practice or limited until he gets back to being 100 percent healthy.
“It’s a minor (groin) strain, maybe a week or so and I’ll be back out here,’ said Johnson via @Texans.
“My groin tightened up on me (in practice)…After everything I’ve been through last season, they wanted me to get an MRI,” Johnson said, via @Texans.
