I was on 610-WIP yesterday morning and talked with the Morning Show about what Andy Reid had to say to reporters out in California during the owners meetings. We caught the big fella in a lie.
Reid told reporters in Cali that he was always going to go back to Donovan McNabb as the starter at quarterback after benching him in the Ravens game. He said he never even considered doing anything else.
The Big Fella should have thought this one through before he said that.
We have him on tape after the Ravens game saying he hadn't decided who was going to start on that Thursday night game. I know most of you remember how everyone was so anxious to see who he was going to go with.
I can understand why he would want McNabb to think that he never ever considered going to Kevin Kolb but the fact of the matter is that he publicly admitted that he was considering going with Kolb.
I personally don't think it's a big deal but Reid obviously thought it was big enough of a deal to lie about.
