First-year wide receiver Anthony Armstrong started in place of Joey Galloway Sunday night against the Indianapolis Colts, a move that comes as no surprise considering Armstrong's recent performances. Galloway has started opposite Moss in all five games this season but has just seven receptions for 121 yards. Armstrong, meanwhile, has made strides in the offense and last week turned in a career performance, catching three passes for 84 yards and a touchdown in the 16-13 win over the Green Bay Packers. The performance prompted questions this week regarding Armstrong's role and whether he had done enough to surpass Galloway, 38, on the depth chart. During the week, Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan indicated that the 27-year-old's performance would at least earn him more opportunities. "He's going to get a lot of playing time," Shanahan said. "We don't go through the depth chart for obvious reasons, but if he continues to improve
