New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle was quite entertaining during Tuesday’s press conference. Rolle said that he watched the Giants last Super Bowl in 2007 at a bar in Brazil with “probably a midget under me.”  We definitely won’t get into that. Rolle also said that it doesn’t matter that the Giants will be wearing their white jerseys for the Super Bowl. “We can go out there bare-skinned.”  He said they will take care of business no matter what. Rolle said, “There’s not too many feelings worse than that,”  when he explained how it felt to lose Super Bowl XLIII with the Cardinals. Eli Manning gave a speech to his teammates today.  “We’re going out there to take care of business,”  said Eli according to Rolle. The media should have a ball with Rolle during next week’s media day leading up to the Super Bowl.  He hasn’t held back at all from saying what he’s thinking.

Antrel Rolle Will Provide All the Insane Quotes We Need Over the Next Two Weeks, Including Midgets in Brazil

While it is always fun for the media to talk about Bill Belichick and Tom Brady and how dominant the Patriots have been over the past decade, there is only so much they can say about it.  Highlights from Super Bowl 42 will be a go-to move, but with two weeks off between the conference championship games and the Super Bowl writers need quotes.  They aren’t going to get any...

So Antrel Rolle walks into this Brazilian bar …

No really, he did. It was Feb. 3, 2008 and he was somewhere in Brazil. His season was already over and he was looking for a place to watch the Giants play the Patriots in Super Bowl XLII. Then, before he knew it, he was standing on stools and, apparently, people. And … well, I don’t really ...

Rolle: Forget tackling, just don't let them catch it

Antrel Rolle had some nice things to say about Wes Welker today, which is a little different from the approach he took in November when he just didn't say anything at all. But that doesn;t mean Rolle thinks Welker will have a busy day in Super Bowl XLVI. In fact, he said the plan is for none of the Patriots receivers to get much work in.

Rolle won't mention losing SB XLIII

While many veteran Giants will share their experiences from the 2007 season with younger players and try to prepare them for this Super Bowl experience, Antrel Rolle probably won't be talking much about his own. He was on the Cardinals team that lost to the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII, the year after the Giants beat the Patriots.

The Fifth Down: Rolle's Super Bowl XLII Memories (From Brazil)

Antrel Rolle did not play in Super Bowl XLII, but he did watch it--in a crowded bar in Brazil.

Rolle mum on his Super loss

Don’t expect Antrel Rolle to talk about the big one that got away. Nope, Rolle is not going to regale any of his Giants teammates with his memories of his one and only previous Super Bowl appearance, the Cardinals’ 27-23 loss to the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII. “I...

Chance for Rolle to pick off a title

Antrel Rolle’s season had been over for more than a month by the time the Giants met the Patriots in Super Bowl XLII four years ago.

Rolle had visions of Pick-6 in Super Bowl XLIII

The last time he was on the field for a Super Bowl play, Antrel Rolle thought he was going to have a game-saving interception and return it for a touchdown and a ring. Didn't happen.

Opinion: JPP Should Win Top Defensive Award

Super Bowl frenzy is at its highest level. However, let’s not forget a certain player that should be acknowledged for catapulting the Giants to where they are today. Jason Pierre-Paul should win the NFL’s “Defensive Player of the Year.” A Super Bowl win and world championship is much more important to the players, coaches and the fans at this time, but in...
