The New England Patriots have been here before and they know how to deal with it. Aqib Talib isn’t the first problem child the Patriots have taken in, and it won’t be the last. It’s all about right now, not yesterday, not tomorrow, and just now. Talib has come to the land of the second chance, where many have flourished, and the rest are released. It’s a simple game in New England, “Do your job.” So, Talib has the opportunity to work with a coach who Aaron Hernandez so eloquently stated, “the Patriot way changed my life.” Cory Dillon and Randy Moss are prime examples, the eventually sad story of Junior Seau, and more than we could write about. However, there’s been the Albert Haynesworth and Adalius Thomas types and again way too many to write about.
