ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that cornerback Aqib Talib has re-signed with the Patriots.Fantasy Spin:It's a one-year contract worth $5 million. The former first-round pick collected 40 tackles and two interceptions in 10 games last season. He played his first four games with the Buccaneers before being dealt to New England just prior to November's trade deadline. Talib sat out four games last season after testing positive for Adderall, a banned substance under the league's collective bargaining agreement.
