In the NFC, he's got us behind the Packers, Eagles (who he ranks at #3), 49ers, Giants, Saints and Lions. In the AFC, he's got us behind the Patriots, Texans, Ravens and Steelers. Matty Ice is busy pumping iron to improve our "power ranking"   Here's what he has to say about the Falcons: Change is afoot in Atlanta with two new coordinators: Dirk Koetter on offense, Mike Nolan on defense -- both upgrades for the Falcons.
