The problem here is that according to Dr. Michael Kaplan, who appeared on ESPN earlier today, the MRI actually shows a tear in Foster’s fragile hamstring. It’s significant enough that Texans fans and Foster’s fantasy owners freaked out over the photo on twitter today. Next time Foster might want to make sure that he actually isn’t seriously hurt before tweeting a picture of his injury. And for you fantasy owners out there, I’d say it’s time to add Ben Tate as a safety valve if Foster can’t go the first couple weeks.

Arian Foster tweets his MRI results

The Texans star back tweeted (then deleted) the MRI results on his hamstring, and it looks like last year's leading rusher could miss some time at the beginning of the year.

X-ray marks the spot for Titans RB Foster

A picture may be worth 1,000 words, but an X-ray of 140 characters is threatening to make Arian Foster's hamstring injury an enduring image. The star running back of the Houston Texans, who led the NFL in rushing last season, set off a firestorm Wednesday when he posted an X-ray of his injured hamstring on his Twitter account. The image quickly went viral, with ESPN and it...

Arian Foster Tweets Than Deletes The MRI On His Hamstring

Texans running back Arian Foster tweeted his MRI results on his hamstring today on Twitter. He also removed the photo just as quickly. The tweet that accompanied the photo Foster has indicated he expects to be back in time for the first game of the season. We like to call that optimistic thinking. Part of the reason Foster probably deleted the MRI pic was to discourage people...

The question now is will Foster be ready for Week 1, both for the Texans and for fantasy football owners who invested a top draft pick in him or who plan...

Much has been made today about the tweet Houston Texans running back Arian Foster let out today showing a link to a picture of his MRI.  I don’t know which side of the fence I am on with that one.  I get both sides.  However, I am here to say that in regards to the Arizona Cardinals-Denver Broncos game tomorrow night, the Cards for all I care could tweet the entire game plan...
