Found December 23, 2011 on Cardinals Locker:
This is going to be a great football game with two teams that still have playoff aspirations.  The Cardinals have won four games in a row and six of their last 7 games, as they are red hot right now.  The Bengals have lost two games in a row and four of their last six games.  Here is a look at the matchups in this game: When the Cardinals have the ball:  The Cardinals are going to be a pass first team against the Bengals.  They are going to have to find a way to give John Skelton time to throw the ball.  If Skelton has time to throw the ball, he should be effective.  WR Larry Fitzgerald is in line to have a good game for the Cardinals tomorrow after getting shut down last weekend by the Browns for the most part.  Early Doucet, Todd Heap and Andre Roberts will be counted on to make the Bengals pay for paying too much attention to Fitzgerald.  Beanie Wells might have a hard time finding running room against a Bengals’ D that is allowing 99.6 yards rushing per game and 3.7 yards ...

Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton is expected to start Saturday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Skelton will get the nod as Kolb continues to recover from a concussion, a league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Report: Cardinals to start John Skelton

Even though he is reportedly healthy after sustaining a concussion last week, Arizona is benching Kevin Kolb and will instead start 2nd-year QB John Skelton.

Source: Skelton expected to start for Cardinals

Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton is expected to start Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals while Kevin Kolb continues to recover from his most recent concussion, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Cardinals Going with Skelton Once Again As their Starter

Arizona Cardinals quarterback John Skelton will once again get the start this weekend against the Cincinnati Bengals in place of the injured Kevin Kolb. Kolb is still recovering from the lingering effects of a concussion he suffered against the 49ers. Even though Kolb was the big offseason acquisition,  Skelton has come in and done nothing [...]

Cardinals coach in no hurry to name starting QB

Arizona Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt saw no reason to address who will be the starting quarterback when the team plays the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday. Kevin Kolb, still not back to ''normal'' after a concussion, says John Skelton took a few more reps than he did in Wednesday's practice. Skelton started in place of Kolb on Sunday and, as he has done time...

Arizona Cardinals Should Have No Quarterback Controversy

Once again, I sit here and defend Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb.  Why are people so dang impatient?  We waited 20 years for a winner in Arizona.  From 1988-2008, no division titles.  Then we win two in a row and we all get so spoiled.  Why can’t we wait one more?  When Kolb went down with an injury after starting 1-6, John Skelton came in.  He’s certainly...

Christmas Eve or not, there’s no way I’d let a schedule of great NFL action slip past my nets! The playoff positioning is settling in, but there’s some unresolved business in the NFC East with two pivotal games on Saturday. There’s plenty to talk about in week 16, so let’s get right to it!(7-7) Arizona Cardinals at(8-6) Cincinnati Bengals John Skelton...

Cards/Bengals: Game Plan & Matchups To Watch

Look for the Cardinals to get All-Pro wideout Larry Fitzgerald involved early and try to get pressure on rookie QB Andy Dalton.

Bengals Survive Cards; Control Their Destiny Again

Thank God fro Early Doucet’s two left feet. The Cardinals wide-out was mystifyingly left uncovered on fourth down with 1:11 left in the game and dashed into the end zone where QB John Skelton had lofted a perfect pass, but Doucet tripped over his own feet at the goal line, and the pass fell incomplete, [...]
