The red-hot Arizona Cardinals are getting ready to welcome the Miami Dolphins to Glendale this Sunday. Let's take a look at Arizona's fantasy football prospects for all you fantasy football owners out there:

Start 'em

Larry Fitzgerald (WR): Welcome back Larry. Fitzgerald is back in the good graces of fantasy owners after his outstanding nine catch, 114-yard, one TD performance against Philadelphia last Sunday. That effort earned #11 NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors. Fitzgerald is obviously one of the best wide receivers in football and should be considered a solid number one WR in a standard 12-team league (both PPR and non-PPR). Miami has a below-average secondary and Fitzgerald has started to develop a rhythm with quarterback Kevin Kolb now. He should be started with confidence.

Arizona defense: The Cardinals defense was a hot waiver wire pickup this week – lots of fantasy owners were either claiming them or bidding for them (like me). And rightly so. This has become one of the best defenses in the league – they have allowed just 13.3 PPG (second in the NFL), rank second in sacks (12), and are tied for second in the league in forced fumbles (five). They'll be facing a rookie quarterback in Miami's Ryan Tannehill and may not have to face running back Reggie Bush, who is dealing with a left knee injury. Bush's status is uncertain for Sunday – he did not practice Thursday. It all adds up to Arizona being one of the top fantasy defensive units in Week Four.

Ryan Williams (RB): This is his chance. With Beanie Wells being placed on the IR/Designated Return list (which means he cannot return until Week 12 at the earliest), Williams has an opportunity to take over as Arizona's lead back and he certainly has the talent to do it. He gained 83 yards on just 13 carries last week against Philadelphia but will be facing a Dolphins defensive contingent that allows just 66 yards a game on the ground, third in the NFL. Williams should be a low end RB2 or a flex play in a 12-team league this week – with upside in the weeks ahead, especially if Arizona's offensive line improves.

Bench 'em

Everyone else. You could possibly start quarterback Kevin Kolb in a very deep or two-quarterback league - he has been steady but not spectacular. Jay Feely has had a solid season but kickers are always so hard to predict. He is pretty dependable but if you're looking for someone who might connect on a 55-yard field goal, look somewhere else.
