Ken Whisenhunt finalized the structure of his coaching staff this week, moving receivers coach John McNulty to quarterbacks and hiring former NFL quarterback Frank Reich to coach receivers.
Quarterback Kevin Kolb was a risk when the Cardinals acquired him last year from the Eagles. As it stands now, Kolb remains a risk after his first season in Arizona.
