There are a couple stories making the rounds on this slow sports day that deserve a mention? There is a story from Yahoo sports that makes me cringe. Apparently new Browns receiver Donte Stallworth has been telling Randy Moss and some of his other NFL buddies that the road to the Super Bowl runs through Cleveland. Donte, here's the thing. You can think that. You can be confident like that. But seriously, do you have to say it? Paul Hoynes wrote about Milton Bradley's problems with Indians manager Eric Wedge. Truthfully, I don't give much credit to anything Bradley says. Is it possible that Wedge felt like he needed to make an example out of Bradley? Sure it is. Did it work? I would have to say that nobody doubted who was in charge of the team after the move. Milton has had a number of run-ins and trouble with authority, and so I tend to side with the Indians and their skipper on this one.
