Damien Woody talked to 1050 ESPN’s Michael Kay yesterday about what happened and his release from the Jets.   You can listen to the interview above, but here’s the key part from Woody via Sports Radio Interviews. “You never know what could happen. It could be a situation where I could be back later on — that possibility was left open. But as of right now, I’m just focusing on my rehab.” Woody was upbeat shortly after the news was made public, and said so on Twitter.  Our buddy Jets Twit had explored this … so who knows?  He might be back, but if he gets more money elsewhere, then we’ll see.
