Colts expect Austin Collie healthy for week 1
According to the Indianapolis Star, Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano expects Austin Collie to be healthy for week 1. Collie suffered his 4th concussion in 21 months last week, but it was as minor as they come and he should be cleared before week 1. On a thin receiving corps, Austin Collie has great upside in fantasy leagues. Other than him, the Colts’ only other receivers who aren’t...

Expect a huge year from Dwayne Allen in Indy
When Indianapolis drafted Andrew Luck with the first overall pick, the Front Office knew that they were going to have to give him as many weapons they could to make him succeed. In the second round the Colts added Luck’s best friend in college with Coby Fleener, who was considered as the best tight end in the draft by many, but I wasn’t a big fan of his. While I understand...
Indianapolis' Luck gets 1 more chance to tune up
Andrew Luck has one more chance to get things right before the games count.
The rookie quarterback has looked good in the Colts' first three preseason games, though Saturday afternoon's loss at Washington was clearly the toughest.
Against the Redskins, Luck had to contend with a bevy of blitzes, breakdowns along the offensive line and penalties that led to stalled drives...
Colts hoping for solid start in new Luck era
The Indianapolis Colts are ready to start over.
For the first time in 15 years, Peyton Manning isn't around. For the first time in more than a decade, the Colts are not expected to contend for a division title or make the playoffs.
Players understand this is reality for 2012, they just don't believe in using the r-word.
''I don't have rebuilding years in me...
Andrew Luck not doing endorsements so he can focus on football
Between video from practice, preseason games, and media conferences, football fans have seen plenty of Andrew Luck over the past month. Fans should continue to see plenty of him during the course of the football season, but one place you won’t see the Colts rookie is in commercials. That’s because Luck made the conscious decision to avoid endorsement deals during his rookie season...
Indianapolis Colts Acquire CB Vontae Davis: Major Upgrade or Waste of Picks?
The Indianapolis Colts acquired former 1st round corner back Vontae Davis from the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
I, like nearly everyone else, has been predicting that the Colts would make a move via trade to help shore up their secondary. This maybe wasn’t quite the move we had been expecting however.
The biggest thing Colts fans have to wonder: Is this the major upgrade the secondary...
Colts originally offered a 5th and 6th for Vontae Davis
Earlier this week, the Dolphins sent Vontae Davis to the Colts for a 2nd and 6th round pick. However, according to the Palm Beach Post and confirmed on the recent episode of Hard Knocks, the Colts originally offered just a 5th and 6th round pick for Davis, before eventually being negotiated up to a 2nd and 6th round pick. Getting Davis for just a 5th and 6th round pick would have...
Bengals, Colts make host of lineup changes
The Colts and Bengals will each be missing five starters in Thursday night's preseason finale.
Indy will play without receiver Austin Collie, cornerback Jerraud Powers, defensive end Cory Redding and left guard Joe Reitz. All are hurt. Dwight Freeney also is sitting out and will be replaced in the lineup by Justin Hickman.
Ricardo Matthews takes over for Redding, Donnie Avery...
Dalton leaves early in preseason loss to Colts
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Chandler Harnish threw a 42-yard touchdown pass to tight end Dominique Jones, leading the Colts to a 20-16 victory over Cincinnati in Thursday night's preseason finale.
Neither starting quarterback stuck around long. No. 1 draft pick Andrew Luck left after Indy's first series.
Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton left with a bruised right arm after just...
Colts 20, Bengals 16
Mr. Irrelevant picked up his first NFL win Thursday night.
He'll have to wait a little longer for it to count.
Chandler Harnish, the last pick in this year's draft, rallied the Colts twice Thursday night and threw a 42-yard touchdown pass to Dominique Jones with 6:54 to play, giving the Colts a 20-16 victory over Cincinnati in the preseason finale.
Harnish got his most...
4 Reasons Why the Indianapolis Colts Should Add Chris Cooley
The news came out today that the Washington Redskins have released long time and former Pro-Bowl tight end Chris Cooley. I think that Cooley would be an amazing addition to the team, and I’ll detail why here in a moment.
One thing that makes any situation like this easier is that the Colts have the first crack at any player placed on waivers thanks to their 2-14 record in 2011...

Colts Top Bengals 20-16
Chandler Harnish finished with 162 yards passing and the winning touchdown throw in the fourth quarter, as the Indianapolis Colts topped the Cincinnati Bengals, 20-16, in the exhibition finale for both teams.
Harnish completed 9-of-16 passes, while Drew Stanton went 3-for-3 for 43 yards in brief action for the Colts, who open up the 2012 season at Chicago on Sept. 9.
