To the surprise of some, the Oakland Raiders cut quarterback Trent Edwards last week. Now he’s left looking for a job, and according to ESPN, could find one behind Joe Flacco in Baltimore.
Said the report:
One team that may be in the mix [for Edwards] is the Baltimore Ravens, who are believed to be interested in finding a veteran backup to Joe Flacco to go along with rookie Tyrod Taylor.
Edwards best season came back in 2008 when he started 14 games for the Buffalo Bills, throwing 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions for an 85.4 QB rating.
